Coronavirus measures - extension to curfew

The TRNC Council of Ministers has extended the Coronavirus measures until 30th April 2020. Accordingly, the day-time partial curfew and the full curfew between the hours of 21.00-06.00 and the restrictions on travel between districts have been extended until 30th April 2020.

The previous decision regarding the opening times and limit on customer numbers for chemists and supermarkets has also been extended until 30th April 2020.

The full curfew in the Karpaz areas of Erenkoy, Sipahi and Dipkarpaz has been lifted and these villages will be subject to the same restrictions as other areas. The police control on entry to and exit from the villages of Alsancak and Lapta has been lifted.
