Our Advocates and Legal Advisers offer legal services in all aspects of Family Law. We have excellent experience in divorce proceedings, ranging from simple, agreed divorces, to more complicated, disputed divorce cases, issues relating to custody of children and applications for the payment of maintenance for dependent spouses and children. Where appropriate, we are able to advise on freezing orders to freeze matrimonial assets while the divorce proceedings are ongoing and injunctions to protect vulnerable spouses from violence and abuse.
We are also able to provide advice and representation in other Family Law matters, including on the adoption of children, guardianship applications for persons lacking mental capacity to manage their own affairs, applications for the sale of the immovable property of a minor and applications for a change of name.
