Our Litigation Department currently provides ongoing litigation services to the Kyrenia Municipality (Girne Belediyesi) and represents the Municipality in various cases brought by and against the Municipality. In addition, our team deals with all debt-recovery cases for one of the largest gas supply companies in the TRNC. Our lawyers have also represented the owner of a large TRNC hotel in high value shareholders dispute.
Over recent years, Naomi Mehmet & Partners has also processed a number of applications by Greek Cypriots to the Immovable Property Commission (IPC) in relation to claims for compensation for property owned by Greek Cypriots prior to 1974.
